Project development in Monmouthshire...

We have some exciting news about a project that is currently underway. Last week, we had a great site visit to check on the team's progress & confirm that some of the colours & finishes we selected are ready to go.

This project involves the construction of two apartments located on the ground floor of an amazing mid-century architectural gem. The entire floor of this building has been reconfigured & architecturally planned into a completely new layout for the two apartments & entrance by Studio MacLean.

With endless panoramic views & fresh country air, these apartments will soon be available for holiday stays, featuring a minimalist & clean interior with our Studio MacLean vibe.

Each apartment will be accessed through a shared entrance hall, where guests will be greeted by our Arrow print SM-04, alongside a games room area complete with vintage table football, casual seating & bespoke storage.

Both apartments will feature self-contained kitchens, dining areas & living rooms with built-in custom storage. They will also include generous bathrooms & oak-panelled bedrooms.

Each apartment will have a different but complementary colour scheme, with our Arrow wallpaper running throughout in various tones. They will be furnished with carefully chosen collectible pieces, art & furniture.
